In 1999 he graduated from the Economics Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2001, he began working in the financial and leasing company KazAgroFinance JSC, since 2002 he was elected Сhairman of the board. In various years, he led the Leasing Development Project in Kazakhstan in the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank (IFC), was engaged in entrepreneurial activity, headed Analytical Center for Economic Policy in the agro-industrial complex under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan; he worked in the JSC "SWF Samruk-Kazyna", The national chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken". From August 2015 to March 2016 – Vice-Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Awarded the Order of "Kurmet"and the II degree medal "For contribution to the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union".
