Issuance of badges to participants

The badges will be available for pickup from June 30, 2019 at 3.00 pm at the following address: Nur-Sultan city, Mangilik Ave, 55/20, small atrium between C4.1. and C4.2. blocks. Location map is attached:

Receiving the participant's badge in person: upon presentation of an identity document or by proxy (example).
Badges will be expanded by name in alphabetical order.
From July 1, 2019 at 08:00 am, access to the venue of the Astana Finance Days business program is possible only if there is an accreditation badge.
The badge with the ASTANA FINANCE DAYS logo contains information about the owner: last name and first name (Latin), as well as a photo (on the back of the badge). At the entrance to the building, a photo of the badge must be presented to the Security Service representative.
The badge is nominal, its transfer to third parties is prohibited. The security service has the right to demand to present an identity document from the participant. The participant’s badge and identity document should be kept with you throughout your stay in the city of Nur-Sultan.
Participants who received a badge will have access to all events, except for events by special invitation. In case of loss, theft or damage of the badge, it is necessary to contact the point of issue of the badge. When issuing the badges, the Participant shall reconcile with a photo on the badge and an identity document.

Media representatives get access to events if they have passed media accreditation in advance on the website www.astanafindays.org in the section “Media Accreditation”.
You can only have the equipment with you that was indicated when filling out the accreditation form.
